Submit your Responsible Person details and your personalized CPSR will be with you in a matter of days!
You will also need to prepare a Product Information File (PIF). Dr Sara will help you by providing:
- A product Description
- Method of Manufacturing
- A template for Good Manufacturing Statement
- A template to disclose your Animal Testing Policy
- A template for declaring Cosmetic Product Claims
- Instructions on how to put all your documents together to make the PIF
